The Vital Signs Trends chart shows a summary of average vital signs to assist trend identification from a single-occupancy room, in addition to spot-check observations you have taken.‍

‍If you wish to view the room's vital signs trends. Follow steps 1-3.

Step 1: Click on a room

Step 2: Click on “Vital Signs Trends”

Step 3: Hover over individual readings (coloured dots) for more detailed information on the successful spot check observations you have taken. Once finished, click "Home" to return to the main room overview screen or “Room Actions” to return to the room action menu.

IMPORTANT: The Vital Signs Trends chart shows a summary of average vital signs to assist trend identification and cannot be used to monitor pulse rate or breathing rate. To take an accurate measurement of pulse rate or breathing rate, use Take Vital Signs, or use other means to establish vital signs.

An electronic copy of the Instructions for Use and device labelling are available on the screen. These detail how to use and care for the system. This "how to" guide does not replace the Instructions for Use; if you are unsure of anything, please re-read the Instructions for Use or ask your Oxehealth Ward Lead.

To access the Instructions for Use, click on “Instructions for Use” on the screen.

You must be trained to use the system. Your Oxehealth Ward Lead can arrange this for you – or ask your manager
