When to use our Feedback Form:
- A reduction in performance of Oxevision or issue with the room (e.g. false alerts)
- Oxevision is not operational for one or more rooms
- General queries or damage to the Oxevision system.
When contacting us about a technical issue with Oxevision, please include:
- Room Number
- Time of the event
- Description of what you have seen.
Note: Do not include any personally identifiable information e.g. patient names, dates of birth, NHS ID, etc.
