How to send feedback or report an error
If anything looks untoward or unexpected1 or staff have any questions, please get in touch. It is always possible to provide Oxehealth with feedback. This can be achieved by utilising any of the three following approaches:
1 IMPORTANT: Please note, if serious adverse incidents have occurred when using the Vital Signs medical device, where a person is or could have been seriously harmed, it is vital that you inform Oxehealth, and also inform the MHRA. 1: Our Oxevision feedback form
When to use our feedback form:
- If you need to inform Oxehealth of any serious incident where someone may have been harmed, particularly if you suspect Oxevision may have been a contributory cause
- If there is a reduction in performance of Oxevision or issue with the room (false alerts)
- If Oxevision is not operational for one or more rooms
- For general queries or damage to the system.

When to use our support line (this number is displayed at the bottom of the Oxevision screen):
- If you need to inform Oxehealth of any serious incident where someone may have been harmed, particularly if you suspect Oxevision may have been a contributory cause
- If the Oxevision system is not operational on the whole ward across all rooms
- For Clear Video Data requests.
3: Our Oxevision support email: support@oxehealth.com
This email is displayed at the bottom of the Oxevision screen. You can email us anytime regarding any query. If applicable, please include:
- Room Number
- Time of the feedback event
- Description of what you have seen.
IMPORTANT: Please remember when sending feedback (in any form) you should not include any patient identifying information, e.g. names, dates of birth.
An electronic copy of the Instructions for Use and device labelling are available on the screen. These detail how to use and care for the system. This "how to" guide does not replace the Instructions for Use; if you are unsure of anything, please re-read the instructions for use or ask your Oxehealth Ward Lead.
To access the instructions for use, click on “Instructions for Use” on the screen.
You must be trained to use the system. Your Oxehealth Ward Lead can arrange this for you – or ask your manager.
